To allow funds to be withdrawn from Bitstamp using Terminal, you must enable the relevant permissions for the API key.
If you do not have this feature enabled you will definitely need a new API KEY generation. Go to the link for instructions
Pay attention when you generate it, toggle the on/off settings for the currencies you want to withdraw, and click SUBMIT.
